Do I need to sign a contract?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

No. All work is either ad hoc, or month-to-month management with no contract. Stop using my services at any time. No small print trickery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What about Intellectual Property?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

Some agencies won’t give you access to your own account. With my service, everything I do is yours to keep, you have full ownership over the accounts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Which Services do you not offer?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

I am a one-trick pony. I set up, maintain and fix Google Ads accounts. I can also very experienced at setting up tracking, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. I do not do website design, but I can make simple updates to content. I do not make creative (videos, banner ads), you will need to provide them yourself.

What type of Ad Campaigns do you work with?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

I am based in Australia. I have no experience with Local Services Ads. I do not do social media.
I have a lot of experience with Search, Display, Performance Max, Video and Shopping campaigns.
You need to provide your own creatives. For Shopping you might need to pay for apps or services to create a product feed – but not if you use Shopify.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What is your availability<\/strong>?<\/h4><\/span><\/div>

For management I only ever have two clients. I have a regular job as well…
For Ad Hoc, it depends, so just ask.
I am not available Mon-Thu during business hours in Melbourne, Australia. Otherwise, I am typically always available. If I am going to be away and it affects my services, you will know well in advance and it will not affect anything.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

How much do you charge?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

I was wondering when you would ask that.
Account Management <\/strong>is $300\/mo. AUD.
Account Builds<\/strong> are $500 setup, and $500\/mo. optimising, for 3 months. You can end that earlier but it is not recommended unless I suggest it.
Ad Hoc<\/strong> is $150\/hr or part thereof, for a new client. For existing clients, small tasks are $50 flat rate.
Audits<\/strong> are free.
Account Suspensions<\/strong> – I give advice only, no charge, no promises. However I have dealt with them more than anyone else on Earth, it would seem (via the Google Ads Community)

What else do I need to know?<\/strong><\/h4><\/span><\/div>

Payment is via Paypal, and you can use your credit card. I don’t have a fancy eCommerce setup, as most of my work is ad hoc. Any currency is OK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All estimates are that, only rough estimates. The only true way to know what clicks\/views will cost is to run the campaign. There are too many unknowns like competition, click-through-rate and quality score otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I never guarantee results, and certainly not Cost Per Lead (CPL) or Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). I can give opinions on what you might be able to achieve, but I do not have a crystal ball that can tell me how people will respond to your ad offering or your website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just to repeat, I don’t build websites, don’t do SEO, don’t do socials, and don’t create creatives. I did build this site myself, but I do not enjoy it! I can refer you to people I know and trust, but that is not part of any plan or arrangement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conversion tracking is critical. If your website cannot support that, or if you don’t give me access to set it up (if needed), I cannot run ads for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For new accounts – you need to create the empty account (I can guide you). You need to add you own billing details. You will at some stage need to verify who you are with Google (IDs and so on). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am available for in-person client meetings, like a “put a face to the name” at no charge for existing clients, if it is in Melbourne, Ballarat, or in-between. I do not do Powerpoint or sales pitches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
